Preparation Method

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil.

Add the dandelion, ginger, horsetail, and parsley.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 5 minutes.

Strain the tea and pour into a cup.

Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
