1 glass of coconut water (or plain water)

A very small pinch of natural salt

Additional water as needed
Preparation

Wash and chop the tomatoes.

Add tomatoes and natural coconut water into a blender.

Add a pinch of unrefined salt.

Blend until smooth.

Optionally strain for a smoother drink.

Serve immediately to preserve nutrients.
Suggested Use:
Drink one glass daily, ideally in the morning or mid-morning. Consume for about 5–7 days then take a break before repeating.
