Crispy Roasted Cauliflower – Better Than Meat!

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) – top and bottom heat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and even cooking.

Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean towel.
Break any large pieces into similar-sized florets for even cooking.

Step 3: Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
For extra flavor, add the grated Parmesan and mix well so each piece is evenly coated.

Step 4: Roast the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 30–40 minutes, until the florets are golden and crispy on the outside while tender inside.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
