Drying laundry directly in the washing machine: a trick that replaces the dryer.
The Napkin Trick: Small Action, Big Effect
You may have heard of this famous towel, but never tried it. The idea is as simple as it is ingenious: place a dry towel in the drum before the spin cycle. Thanks to its absorbent material, it absorbs some of the residual moisture in the laundry after the spin cycle. The result? The laundry comes out of the machine much less damp and therefore dries much faster.
For best results, choose a high-speed spin cycle, around 1,000 rpm. Don’t use anything else: the towel does the rest, acting as a small, natural “water absorber.”
Why does it change our everyday lives?
